Albert Einstein had said that playing is the highest form of research, in today’s times it can be rephrased that being involved in any outdoor activity like Camping, Dance, Hiking, Hunting, Indoor Sports, Mountain/Rock Climbing, and various types of Outdoor Sports, Racket Sports, Running, Survival, Team Sports, Water Sports is the easiest way to learn a few things about ourselves as well as about others around us. 

The first thing we can learn from being outdoors is to create memories. One can’t remember a very good episode of a series he watched 3 years back on Netflix, but we would always remember a great hiking trip or a dance competition we participated in. 

Being involved in outdoor activities like Camping, Dance, Hiking, Hunting, Indoor Sports, Mountain/Rock Climbing, and various types of Outdoor Sports, Racket Sports, Running, Survival, Team Sports, and Water Sports brings us in touch with others. We get to learn so much about them in those few hours or days, which we could never learn about even after many years of only having conversations. These activities remove the layers and we get to know about the values, thoughts, and spirits of the people around us. 

While technology is immensely helping us in improving our lives, nothing can replace nature and its characteristics. The Fresh air, the Sunlight, the earthy smell, the colors, everything outdoors helps us in bringing peace & calm. 

Outdoor activities like Camping, Dance, Hiking, Hunting, Indoor Sports, Mountain/Rock Climbing, and various types of Outdoor Sports, Racket Sports, Running, Survival, Team Sports, and Water Sports bring a sense of camaraderie to the persons involved in the activity. It improves the behavioral side of the personality, we become more trusting, confident, and independent & channel our efforts in problem-solving. All these are critical skills to get ahead in life in any area. 

There are abundant benefits related to mindfulness that we get to learn while being involved in Camping, Dance, Hiking, Hunting, Indoor Sports, Mountain/Rock Climbing, and various types of Outdoor Sports, Racket Sports, Running, Survival, Team Sports, Water Sports. Slowing down the pace of thoughts, awareness of breathing, and absorbing the cosmic energy by being in the middle of nature are a few things that one can learn by being at peace in the middle of nature. 


Nature is out there to give us anything & everything we are seeking, we just need to venture outdoors.
